She oversees all Utah sales and playground designs, driving out to meet with customers directly and seeing job sites in person which makes jobs flow easier. She’s on the site from start to finish, making sure your project receives full attention to detail. Leslie grew up around playground construction most of her life. As a kid, every family vacation was bookended by a playground installation. Leslie joined the LuckyDog Team in 2019 and was awarded Playcraft’s New Consultant of the Year award for exceeding sales expectations for the state of Idaho. Leslie continues to capture more market share than any of our competitors in Idaho. She manages all Idaho sales, customer relations, and playground designs. Before joining the LuckyDog team, Leslie was the brand expansion manager handling online and viral marketing for a national health food brand. Many of her customers are the lucky recipients of Leslie’s delectable healthy treats and heart felt gifts.

Jon is the LuckyDog Installation Foreman for Idaho and Wyoming. He has a background in construction, operating heavy equipment, and landscaping. Jon grew up in Cheyenne and went to work for LuckyDog moving hundreds of yards of wood surfacing on a 10-school project. Once complete he joined the team full-time and willingly made the big move to Idaho where he and his family now call Nampa, Idaho home. Jon and his installation crew still travel to build playgrounds where the weather is unpredictable, the wild west of Wyoming where he recently built a playground in a blizzard even in May. Jon makes safety of the public and his installation team top priority.
Nick is hardworking and dedicated to safety and efficiency on the jobsite. He gets the intricate parts of a project finished to the highest of precision. Nick can finesse and figure out unique ways to tackle complicated components like a tri-sail shade some 20 feet in the air, for example. If you need it done right and to “look beautiful” too, Nick is your man. During the busy season (which seems to last longer and longer each year) Nick willingly works long hours, breaks out to a 3rd crew when needed...anything to bring playgrounds to life. He’s a get-it-done guy LuckyDog can’t do without.
Luke comes to Luckydog with a passion for building, creating and working with his hands; as well as a willingness to work hard and get the job done right. He is driven and loves sharing his ideas with his boss and co-workers.
Lynette has been with LuckyDog since its inception in 2011. If it gets done right, it’s because Lynette trained the people doing it. Lynette oversees all LuckyDog’s office operations; from processing all orders, to supporting sales teams in all three states we serve. Her attention to detail and customer service skills have earned her the pet name of “Hawk-Eye”. She can find a typo in a document or an error in an excel formula like no one else can.
Need a fix on your computer? We rely on Lynette for that too. And, ask anyone, and they will say of Lynette, “She always answers the phone with a smile and makes you feel valued”. Thanks Lynette, we couldn’t do what we do without you!

Before coming to work for LuckyDog Recreation Kathy was a LuckyDog customer; ordering playgrounds through her previous job working in the Parks & Rec department of an Idaho town. When an opening for a bookkeeper became available at LuckyDog, it was a match made in heaven. As LuckyDog’s bookkeeper, she works closely with our vendors, subcontractors, customers, and employees. Thank goodness she’s a people person. Kathy always has a smile and is willing to go the extra mile to serve both our customers and her co-workers.
