2022 Trade Show Season
Updated: Jun 22, 2022

Idaho - The Idaho Parks and Recreation Conference was in Idaho Falls this year. Event coordinator Chris Horsley was a dream to work with and put on a stellar event. We love the Idaho Falls Parks Department. It's always a pleasure to work with Ronnie Campbell, Parks Superintendent and his team of professional CPSI's on projects like the Sugar Mill Park in 2021

LuckyDog Recreation sponsored a tradeshow booth, organizer for LuckyDog's booth in Idaho is Monica Ricks. She's got a knack for making our trade show booths look amazing and this year's IRPA event was even better than usual as we were able to bring our Berliner Access Whirl for everyone to play on.
Additionally, LuckyDog contributed to the event with an Education Session on the Benefits of Rope-based Play. Berliner CEO, Lukas Steinke was the presenter and the session drew a crowd of over 30 parks and recreation attendees. It was a honor and a privilege to have Lukas attend this important event with us. He has represented the Berliner brand in various capacities for almost 20 years. In 2010, after becoming CEO of Berliner Play Equipment, Lukas and his family relocated from Berlin Germany to Greenville, SC to establish Berliner’s North-American headquarters.
Utah - The Utah Parks and Recreation Conference was back in St George this year and as always, Rhetta McIff and Chandler Rich do a tremendous job representing LuckyDog and supporting URPA.

For a couple years now, Rhetta and the Utah LuckyDog team have sponsored Utah's Parks and Recreations program to bring Pickleball opportunities to the youth in our communities. They set up a small pickleball court right on the tradeshow floor and gave away a nice pickleball set to some lucky dog winners attending the show.
Additionally, our partner, Anova Site Furnishings generously gave away an Adirondack chair to our participants. The lucky winner, Rhett Gardiner of West Valley City, is a big time Utah Utes fan who chose cherry red.

Wyoming - To make up for lost time, is doing TWO Wyoming Parks and Recreation Conferences this year. The first one was held in Cody, Wyoming in conjunction with Wyoming State Parks. The next one will be in September in Evanston. LuckyDog will be in support of and in attendance to this event as we will be able to be live and in person for the first time since Covid.
