Orah Brandt Park – Nampa, Idaho’s Destination Playground
Updated: Jun 6
Nampa, Idaho is one of the fastest growing cities in the nation, let alone the state. New parks are part of the ongoing effort to accommodate a growing population and Nampa Parks and Recreation knows the value of innovative and engaging parks.

When LuckyDog Recreation was invited to bid Orah Brandt Park in 2019, we knew we had an opportunity to marry Berliner and Playcraft Systems for an innovative design that Nampa Parks and Recreation would appreciate. Built in 2021, Orah Brandt playground features an ADA accessible R5 post and deck, 3 bays of swings, tetter totters, an accessible spinner, and an 18’ Berliner climbing structure called “Neptun.20”. A bouncer, also known as an outdoor trampoline, finished the ensemble and is one of the most beloved toys at the playground. We recall Parks and Recreation Superintendent, Cody Swander stating, “My only regret is that we didn’t order more than one” in regard to the bouncer. The 18’ Neptun.20 features a Jungle Rope and Tube Slide additions.

We were honored to be part of this project and we look forward to the additions to the park in Phase 2 and 3, including sports fields, splash pad, amphitheater, disc golf, swimming pool, and a walking path. You can learn more about these phases here:
